Be it enacted, <§·e., That the Commissioner of the General Land Office be, and he hereby is, directed to issue to John F. Girod a patent Land patent to for four fractional quarter sections of land in the parish of Ouachita, *,;§m*”¤°d '° state of Louisiana, containing two hundred and ninety-two acres and ` eleven-hundredths, lying in township seventeen, range three east, section second, it being the same lately sold at the land sales at Ouachita, and purchased by said Girod, through his agent, Bernard Hemkin.
