Fleming, administrator de bonis non of John Syme, deceased, a°“’ f“'“‘Sh"d‘ late of the county of Hanover, in the state of Virginia, the sum of three thousand one hundred and four dollars and thirty cents, it being so much due for Hour furnished the army of the revolution by the said John Syme, under a contract made with Philip Aylett, then a deputy commissary general of purchases, in the service of the United States; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
