""*—*·—*··‘ Be it enacted, tfpc., That the Solicitor of the Treasury be authorized to settle the accounts of James Brobson, late marshal of the Delaware Account to be district, and allow such credits as shall be satisfactorily proven to be °°"l°d·¤¤d ¤l· due in equity and justice; and if the sum so allowed shall be equal to £l;2m°° m”d°' the debt due from said Brobson, the suit now pending against his sure- i ties shall be dismissed at the cost of said sureties; but if less than the debt be allowed, whatever that sum is, shall be credited on said debt.
