(a) For the payment of final judgments, including costs of suits, which have been rendered under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1887, entitled "An Act to provide for the bringing of suits against the Government of the United States", as amended by section 297 of the Act of March 3, 1911 (28 U. S. C. 761), and which have been certified to the Seventy-ninth Congress in Senate Document Numbered 159, and House Document Numbered 477, under the fol- lowing agencies: Executive Office of the President: Office for Emergency Management: War Shipping Administration, $9,375; Department of Agriculture, $2,786.24; State Department, $768.80; Treasury Department, $4,000; War Department, $26,129.04; In all, $43,059.08, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay interest as and where specified in the judgments. (b) For the payment of judgments, including costs of suits, rendered against the Government of the United States by United States district courts under the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act authorizing suits against the United States in admiralty for damages caused by and salvage services rendered to public vessels belonging to the United States, and for other purposes", approved March 3, 1925 (46 U. S. C. 787), and certified to the Seventy-ninth Congress in Senate Document Numbered 158, and House Document Numbered 472, under the fol- lowing agencies: Navy Department, $52,500; War Department, $36,188.27; In all, $88,688.27, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay interest as and where specified in the judgments listed in Senate Document Numbered 158, and House Document Num- bered 472; also necessary sum to pay interest on judgments set forth in Senate Document Numbered 112, the principal of the judgments having been appropriated for in Public 269, dated December 28, 1945. (c) None of the judgments contained under this caption shall be paid until the right of appeal has expired, except such as has become final and conclusive against the United States by failure of the parties to appeal or otherwise.
