Res. 76] Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That notwithstanding the adjournment of the second session of the Seventy-ninth Congress, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate be, and they are hereby, authorized to sign enrolled bills and joint resolutions duly passed by the two Houses which have been examined by the Committee on Enrolled Bills of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate and found truly enrolled.
