Airlines of the United States authorized under the present agreement are accorded rights of transit and non-traffic stop in Swedish territory, as well as the right to pick up and discharge international traffic in passengers, cargo and mail at Stockholm, on the following route or routes: United States, via intermediate points, to Stockholm and points beyond; in both directions. B. Airlines of Sweden authorized under the present agreement are accorded rights of transit and non-traffic stop in the territory of the United States, as well as the right to pick up and discharge inter- national traffic in passengers, cargo and mail at New York or Chicago, on the following route or routes: Sweden, via intermediate points, to New York or Chicago and points beyond; in both directions." Translation MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS By a note of December 4, 1945, No. 868, the Legation of the United States was good enough to inform the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the Government of the United States accepts, for its part, the proposed amendments to paragraphs A and B of 5s stat. 1472. the Annex to the Air Agreement of December 16, 1944, between Sweden and the United States, and proposes that these amendments enter into force on the date of the above-mentioned note. Referring to the foregoing, the Royal Ministry hastens to inform the Legation that the King's Government, for its part, agrees to the above-mentioned proposal and that, as a result, the aforesaid amend- ments shall enter into force on the date of the present note. The text of paragraphs A and B of the Annex will thus read as follows: "A.
