MINISTER, By a letter dated today you are good enough to submit to me the enclosed Draft of the Provisional Air Transport Agreement between Switzerland and the United States of America drawn up during the diplomatic conversations which have just ended. I have the honor to inform Your Excellency that the Swiss Federal Council accepts this Agreement and that it considers it as in effect as of today, in conformity with Article 8, paragraph 1, of the Agreement.
