The expenses of shipment of the household effects, baggage and automobile of each member of the Mission between a port in the United States of America and his official residence in Peru shall also be paid by the Government of Peru; this shall include all neces- sary expenses incident to unload- ing from the steamer upon arrival in Peru, cartage between the ship and the residence in Peru, and packing and loading on board the steamer upon departure from Peru. The transportation of such household effects, baggage and automobile shall be made in a single shipment and all subsequent shipments shall be at the expense of the respective members of the Mission except when necessitated by circumstances beyond their control. Payment by the Gov- ernment of Peru of the expenses for the transportation of the families, household effects, bag- gage and automobiles of personnel who may join the Mission for temporary service at the request of the Minister of Aeronautics shall not be at the expense of the Peruvian Government. ARTICLE 18. The Government of Peru shall allot in the budget of the Ministry of Aeronautics an amount adequate to pay customs duties on articles, including those mentioned in Article 17 of this Agreement, imported by members of the Mission, who shall be granted the scale of exemptions allow-ed the diplomatic corps ac- credited to the Government of usualmente empleada entre un puerto de los Estados Unidos y su residencia oficial en el Peru, tanto para el viaje de ida como para el viaje de regreso.
