United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America have further agreed as follows: Returnofvesselson 9.- The representatives of the abovementioned three Governments loan to Soviet Union. on the Commission shall coordinate the arrangements for the re- turn to the Governments of the United States of America and of the United Kingdom of the vessels on loan to the Government of the Soviet Union, as listed in paragraph 10 below.
