It is agreed that any of the clauses of the Treaty of Peace, dated at Paris February 10, 1947, to which this Memorandum of Under- standing may refer, shall be considered as constituting an integral part of this Memorandum of Understanding, as between the Govern- ments of the United States of America and Italy.
