61 STAT.] MEXICO-WEATHER STATIONS- Nov 6, 1945 4063 Apr. 12, 1946 4063 isla de Guadalupe para efectuar la instalaci6n del equipo meteoro- 16gico, tan pronto como 6ste se encuentre en camino a dicho lugar o haya desembarcado y arribado al edificio destinado para el Observa- torio. 2. - El mismo inspector adiestrara e instruira debidamente al perso- nal tecnico encargado de las operaciones t6cnicas del Observatorio. 3.- Convendra en los arreglos necesarios para la expedici6n de boletines y concentraci6n y retransmisi6n de los mismos en Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, para su envio a las Oficinas del Servicio Norte- americano. 4.- Por razones presupuestales proporcionara solamente las canti- dades necesarias para cubrir el cincuenta por ciento de los honorarios que corresponda al mismo personal tecnico, esperando que el otro cincuenta por ciento sea cubierto por el Servicio Norteamericano, que habia ofrecido pagar integramente a todo el personal de los Observa- tories de Cooperaci6n Internacional. 5. - Por intermedio del Servicio Meteorol6gico Mexicano controlara todas las operaciones tecnicas, expedici6n y transmisi6n de boletines, incorporando el Observatorio de la isla de Guadalupe a la red del Servicio Nacional Mexicano, pero adaptandolo a las necesidades del Ej6rcito Nacional y del Servicio Norteamericano, en lo que respecta a horarios de observaci6n y expedici6n de boletines, en la misma forma en que ha venido atendiendo las solicitudes respectivas en relaci6n con las operaciones de los demas Observatories de Cooperaci6n Internacional. 6. - Los arreglos para la concurrencia de la Segunda Zona Militar y del Servicio Norteamericano quedaran a cargo de la Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores.
