ABlICLE XIV Until such time as the United States Army Forces in Korea are with- drawn from Korea. the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Korea agree that they shall be bound by, and shall respect all agreements pre- viously made between the United States Army Forces in Korea and the several Departments of the United States Army Military Government in Korea concerning the use of certain transportation, com- munication, and other facilities and services by the United States Army Forces in Korea. The present Agreement shall become effective with the formal notification to the Government of the United States of America that the Korean National Assembly has consented to this Agree- mnt.
