AN ACT For the relief of Annie Balaz. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That for the pur- poses of the immigration and naturalization laws Annie Balaz shall be considered to be the natural-born daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrej Balaz, United States citizens. Approved September 7, 1949. [CHAPTER 561] AN ACT For the relief of Francesca Lucareni, a minor. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur- poses of the immigration and naturalization laws, William F. Kretzinger, now Chief Warrant Officer, United States Army, W-2103110, and his wife, Mildred Cole Kretzinger, are hereby declared to be the natural parents of the infant Francesca Lucareni, the custody of such infant having been granted to them by the Provincial Institu- tion for the Protection and Assistance of Infancy, of the city of Leghorn, Italy, under order numbered 131, dated January 17, 1948, signed by its director, Doctor Ulisse Foresi. Approved September 7, 1949. [CHAPTER 562] AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Giustina Schiano Lomoriello. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Aerica in Congress assembled, That Mrs. Giustina Schiano Lomoriello, a citizen of the United States, who lost citizenship by voting in an Italian election, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year from the enactment of this Act, before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 335 of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended. SEC. 2 . From and after naturalization under this Act Mrs. Lomo- riello shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved September 7, 1949. [CHAPTER 563] AN ACT To quitclaim certain property in Enid, Oklahoma, to H. B. Bass. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of tha United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to make and deliver a quitclaim deed to H.
