DISTRICT COURT FOR ALASKA Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That the Secretary of the Senate be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, in the enrollment of the bill (S. 70) to make effective in the District Court for the Territory of Alaska rules promulgated by the Supreme Court of the United States governing pleading, prac- tice, and procedure in the district courts of the United States, to make the following change, namely: In lieu of the language inserted by the House engrossed amendment, insert the following: "SEC. 2 . The first paragraph of section 2072 of title 28, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: " 'The Supreme Court shall have the power to prescribe, by general rules, the forms of process, writs, pleadings, and motions, and the practice and procedure of the district courts of the United States and of the District Court for the Territory of Alaska in civil actions.'"
