63 STAT.] MULTILATERAL-TELECOMMUNICATIONS-OCT. 2 , 1947 VII FOR THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA The Republic of China formally declares that the Republic of China does not, by signature of this Convention, accept any obligation in respect of the Telephone Regulations referred to in Article 13 of the Atlantic City Convention. VIII FOR THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES The signature of the Republic of the Philippines to the Atlantic City Convention is subject to the reservation that, for the present, it cannot agree to be bound by the Telephone and Telegraph Regulations referred to in Paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the above-mentioned Convention. IX FOR PAKISTAN The Delegation of Pakistan formally declares that Pakistan does not, by signature of this Convention on its behalf, accept any obliga- tion in respect of the Telephone Regulations referred to in Article 13 of this Convention. x FOR THE REPUBLIC OF PERU The Chairman of the Delegation of Peru, in signing the Atlantic City Convention, makes a provisional reservation with respect to the obligations established in Article 13 of the said Convention, in relation to the Telegraph Regulations, Telephone Regulations and Additional Radio Regulations. XI FOR THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA Signature of this Convention for and in the name of Cuba is subject to the reservation that Cuba does not accept, in regard to the Telephone Regulations, Paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Atlantic City Convention. XII FOR THE UNITED STATES OF VENEZUELA The United States of Venezuela formally declares that the United States of Venezuela, does not, by signature of this Convention on its behalf, accept any obligation in respect to the Telegraph Regulations, the Telephone Regulations or the Additional Radio Regulations referred to in Article 13 (Regulations). 154 9
