Other services shall not cause harmful inter- ference to radio direction-finding. 134 "' The use of the band 405-415 kc/s by the radionavigation services is limited to radio direction-finding except as indicated in a) and b) below: 135 a) In the Baltic and North Sea areas this band may also be used for the maritime radionavigation service for radiobeacon stations of mean power not exceeding 10 watts and subject to not causing harm- ful interference to radio direction-finding. 136 b) In the U.S.S.R. this band may also be used for the aeronautical radionavigation service on the basis of not causing harmful inter- ference to the service provided by the existing radio direction-finding stations and the radiobeacon stations referred to in subparagraph a) above. 137 " In Region 2, in addition to the provisions of Note "), the aeronautical radionavigation service has priority over the aeronautical mobile service. 1631 (1»--187)
