"Aircraft and related procurement", $700,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the aircraft procurement program heretofore established for the fiscal year 1951 is further increased by $700,000,000; M A J O R P R O C U R E M E N T OTHER T H A N AIRCRAFT

"Major procurement other than aircraft", $340,000,000, to remain available until expended; ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION O F REAL PROPERTY

"Acquisition and construction of real property", including acquisition and construction as authorized by law, $281,664,000, to remain available until expended; M A I N T E N A N C E AND OPERATIONS

"Maintenance and operations", $440,000,000; MILITARY PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

"Military personnel requirements", $125,000,000: Provided, That the Secretary of the A i r Force is authorized to transfer not to exceed $18,000,000 to the appropriation granted under this head for the fiscal year 1950, from the unobligated balances of any other appropriations to the Air Force for said fiscal year. GENERAL PROVISIONS

SEC. 201. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no part of any appropriation for the Department of Defense contained in this Act shall remain available until expended unless so provided in the appropriation concerned. CHAPTER III DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR 64 Stat. 681.
