For the relief of Mrs. J o h a n n a Hampton.

Be it enacted by the Senate and Hoii^e of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the eleventh category of section 3 of the Immigration Act of February 5, 1917, as amended, Mrs. Johanna Hampton, of Wiesbaden, Germany, the wife of Mr. Chester L. Hampton, a citizen of the United States, may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws. Approved June 29, 1951.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Doctor J i r i Liska shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon the payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided Quota deduction, for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota officer to deduct one number from the number of displaced persons who shall be granted the status of permanent residence pursuant to section 4 of the Displaced Persons Act, as amended (62 Stat. 1011; 64 Stat. 219; 50 U.S.C. App. 1953). Approved June 29, 1951.
