CHAPTER 2 1 0 AN ACT

Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to issue patents in fee to certain allottees on the Crow Indian Reservation.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to the followingnamed persons patents in fee to their allotted lands on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana: Estella Wolfe, the south half of the southeast quarter of section 20, the northeast quarter, and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 29; the south half of the southwest quarter of section 21; the northwest quarter, the north half of the southwest quarter, and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 28, township 5 south, range 38 east, Montana principal meridian, containing six hundred and forty acres. Mark Wolfe, the south half of the northeast quarter, and the southeast quarter of section 24; the north half of the northeast quarter of section 25, township 5 south, range 37 east; the south half of the southwest quarter of section 20; the northwest quarter of section 29, township 5 south, range 38 east, Montana principal meridian, containing five hundred and sixty acres. Furman E. Wolfe, the south half of the southwest quarter of section 29; the northwest quarter, the south half, and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 32, township 5 south, range 38 east, Montana principal meridian, containing six hundred acres. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Dorothy Fumie Maeda, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(e) of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 301 of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended, or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 335 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Dorothy Fumie Maeda shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved July 5, 1951.
