CHAPTER 733 AN ACT

For the relief of Chu Bud Tick.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Chu Bud Yick shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting oi permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. CHAPTER 734

AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Hee Shee Wong Achuck.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws, the provisions of section 4(b) of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended (8 U.S.C. 204) shall be held to be applicable to Mrs. Hee Shee Wong Achuck, a former resident of the United States. CHAPTER 735 AN ACT For the relief of Vito Aiuto.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America iri Congress assembled, That Vito Aiuto, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 404 of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended, may be naturalized by |\rl*c*8oV.^°' taking, prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 801 of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended, or before any diplomatic or consular 11^5*7^*°*' ^^^°' officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section „8 USC 701(a), 335 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, 735. the said Vito Aiuto shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved July 14, 1952.
