CHAPTER 746

AN ACT Authorizing the issuance of a patent in fee to Walter Anson Pease. Be it enacted "by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, upon application in writing, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to Walter Anson Pease, of Billings, Montana, a patent in fee to the following-described lands from Crow allotment numbered 3452, in the State of Montana, namely: lots 3 and 4, the south half of the northwest quarter, and the southwest quarter of section 1; lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, and 9, the south half of the northeast quarter, the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the southeast quarter of section 2; the north half of the northeast quarter of section 11; and the north half of the north half of the northwest quarter of section 12, all in township 1 south, range 27 east, Montana principal meridian, and amounting to nine hundred eighty-three and seventy-two one-hundredths acres, more or less. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to Franklin Yarlott a patent in fee to the following-described lands allotted to him on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana: The south half of the southeast quarter of section 4, the north half and the north half of the southwest quarter of section 9, township 8 south, range 38 east, Montana principal meridian.
