AN ACT For the relief of Professor Werner Richter and Professor Max Horkheimer.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisions of subsection (b) of section 404 of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended, shall not be held to be applicable to Professor Werner Richter and Professor Max Horkheimer: Provided, That the said persons return to the United States for permanent residence within two years following the effective date of this Act. Approved July 18, 1952.
