Resolned by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That the two Houses of Congress assemble in the Hall of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, June 10, 1952, at 12: 30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of receiving such communications as the President of the United States shall be pleased to make to them. FEDERAL-AID fflGHWAY ACT OF 1952

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That in the enrollment of the bill H. R. 7340, to amend and supplement the Federal-Aid Road Act approved July 11, 1916 (39 Stat. 355), as amended and supplemented, to authorize appropriations for continuing the construction of highways, and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House is authorized and directed to make the following corrections: In the first sentence of section 5 of the bill strike out "4,000,000," and insert in lieu thereof "2,000,000," and strike out the word "completing". IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That in the enrollment of the bill (H. R. 5678) to revise the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality; and for other purposes, the Clerk of the House is authorized and directed to make the following corrections: In section 263(b) of the bill strike out " ( 1 4) " wherever it appears in the subsection and insert "(15)". P a s s e d June 12, 1952. REPLICA OF DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring). That the Joint Committee on the Library is hereby authorized to hold ceremonies in the rotunda of the United States Capitol for the acceptance of the bronze replica of the Declaration of Independence, the gift of Michael Francis Doyle, of Philadelphia, such ceremonies to be held on July 2, 1952, the one hundred and seventy-sixth anniversary of the adoption of the resolution of Richard Henry Lee for the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress in Philadelphia. The Architect of the Capitol is hereby authorized to make the necessary arrangements for the ceremonies, the expenses of which shall not exceed the sum of $1,000, to be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate upon vouchers approved by the chairman of the Joint Committee on the Library. Agreed to June 19, 1952.
