Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Co^igress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 13(c) of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, Ritsuko Chojin, the w'ife of Masakatsu Chojin, a United States citizen, may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws.
