CHAPTER 51 AN ACT For the relief of Maria Enriquez.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United /States of AmeHca in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Maria Enriquez shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. ij^e > u^t r^ v Approved February 29, 1952.

AN ACT For the relief of Evangelos and Michael Dumas.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Evangelos and Michael Dumas, the adopted sons of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Dumas, citizens of the United States, shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees and head taxes. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct appropriate numbers from the first available appropriate quota or quotas.
