CHAPTER 112 AN ACT For the relief of Oswald A. Dricsi-Minieris.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled., That, in the administration of the immi«^ration and naturalization laws, the Attorney General of the United States is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence in the United States of Oswald A. Drica-Minieris as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. SEC. 2. Uixm enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year the said quota is available. Private Law 494 AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Louis S. K. Yuan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled., That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Doctor Louis S. K. Yuan shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. AN ACT For the relief of Sister Edeltrudis Sailer.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Zhiited States of America in Congress assemMed., That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws. Sister Edeltrudis Sailer shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
