Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of the eleventh category of section 3 of the Immigration Act of 1917, as amended, M r s. C a r l a M u l l i g a n, G e r m a n wife of W i l l i a m J. M u l l i g a n, a citizen of the United States and W o r l d W a r II veteran, may be a d m i t t e d to the United States for p e r m a n e n t residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws.
