Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the immigration laws, the provisions of section 13(c) of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, shall not apply to Rodney Drew Lawrence, adopted Japanese minor child, and the said Rodney Drew Lawrence shall be held and considered to be the alien naturalborn child of Sergeant First Class and Mrs. W.
