Construction and equipment: For construction and equipment at laboratories and research stations of the Committee, including the acquisition of not to exceed ten acres of land adjacent to the Lewis Flight Propulsion Laboratory, Cleveland, Ohio, $7,239,000, to remain available until expended. Construction and equipment (liquidation of contract authorization): For liquidation of obligations incurred pursuant to authority heretofore granted under this head to enter into contracts for construction and equipment, $4,200,000.
