Automobiles for majority and minority leaders: Funds appropriated for "Contingent expenses of the House" are hereby made available for purchase, exchange, driving, maintenance, repair, and operation of two automobiles, one for the majority leader of the House, and one for the minority leader of the House. For expenses of the Supreme Court incident to proposed amendments or additions to the rules of civil procedure for the United States district courts pursuant to title 28, United States Code, section 2072, to be expended as the (.hief Justice in his discretion may approve, including personal services in the District of Columbia, printing and binding, and per diem allowances in lieu of actual expenses for subsistence at rates to be fixed by him not to exceed $10 per day, $11,500, to remain available until June 30, 1954.
