Station 78 to 79, bearing south, distance one-fourth mile, thence south on the east one-sixteenth line to S E one-sixteenth corner of said section 12. Station 79 to 80, bearing east, distance one-eighth mile from said S E one-sixteenth corner, the course bears east to C - E - S E one sixtyfourth corner of said section 12. Station 80 to 81, bearing south, distance one-eighth mile^ thence south to S E - S E one sixty-fourth corner in said section 12, township 4 north, range 5 east, Wind River meridian.
