Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Steve Emery Sobanski, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Technical Sergeant Conrad E. AN ACT For the relief of Sizuko Kato and her minor child, Meechiko.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Sizuko Kato and United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the adminischild. 66 Stat. 163. tration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Sizuko Kato and her 8 USC 1101 note. minor child, Meechiko, the fiancee and minor child of Corporal Gust L. Ulricli, a citizen of the United States, shall be eligible for visas as nonimmigrant temporary visitors for a period of three months: Provided, That the administrative authorities find that the said Sizuko Kato is coming to the United States with a bona fide intention of being married to the said Gust L. Ulrich and that they are found otherwise admissible under the immigration laws. I n the event the marriage between the above-named jjersons does not occur within three months after the entry of the said Sizuko Kato and her minor child, Meechiko, they shall be required to depart from i\\^ United States and upon failure to do so shall be deported in accordance with the provisions of 8 U s e 125 1, sections 241 and 242 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the 1252. event that the marriage between the above-named persons shall occur within three months after the entry of the said Sizuko Kato and her minor child, Meechiko, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of the said Sizuko Kato and her minor child, Meechiko, as of the date of the payment by them of the required visa fees. Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of AnwHca in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and 8^u*sV^i'i^o^i* Nationality Act, the minor child, Ronald Lee Oenning (formerly 1155. Micliio Yoshida), shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Cai^tain Floyd L. Oenning and Mrs. Margaret L. Oenning, citizens of the United States. Approved April 22, 1953.
