Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the puroses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Irene Ezitis shall be eld and considered to be the minor child of her mother, Mrs. Ilga Ezitis, a lawful permanent resident of the United States.
