For salaries of the chief judge, four associate judges, seven regular and six additional commissioners, and all other officers and employees of the Court, and for other necessary expenses, including stenographic and other fees and charges necessary in the taking of testimony, and travel, $618,000. For necessary repairs and improvements to the Court of Claims buildings, to be expended under the supervision of the Architect of the Capitol, $8,000. ,.r.
