For payment to Elizabeth P. Farrington, widow of Joseph R. Farrington, late a Delegate from the Territory of Hawaii, $12,500. For payment to Sarah F. Camp, widow of Albert S. Camp, late a Representative from the State of Georgia, $12,500. ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL

The Architect of the Capitol, under the direction of the House Office Building Commission, is authorized hereafter to furnish steam from the Capitol Power Plant to the Folger Shakespeare Library: Provided, That the person or persons authorized to make contracts with respect to such building to which such steam is to be furnished agrees (a) to pay for such steam at rates, not less than cost, determined by the Architect of the Capitol with the approval of the House Office Building Commission, and (b) to connect such building with the Capitol Power Plant steam lines without expense to the United States and in a manner satisfactory to the Architect of the Capitol and the House Office Building Commission: Provided further, That amounts received in payment for steam so furnished shall be covered into the Treasury of the United States as miscellaneous receipts. Senate Office Building: For an additional amount for "Senate Office Building", $4,100. ADDITIONAL OFFICE BUILDING FOR THE UNITED STATES SENATE

Construction and equipment of additional Senate Office Building: To enable the Architect of the Capitol, under the direction of the Senate Office Building Commission, to continue to provide for the construction and equipment of a fireproof office building for the use of the United States Senate, in accordance with the provisions of the Second Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1948 (62 Stat. 1029), $6,000,000: Provided, That no part of the funds herein appropriated shall be obligated or expended for construction of the rear center wing of said building, from the ground floor up, provided for under the building plans heretofore approved by such Commission. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE WORKING CAPITAL AND CONGRESSIONAL PRINTING AND BINDING

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Government Printing Office for "Working capital and congressional printing and binding" for the fiscal year 1943 shall be available, without regard to fiscal year limitation, for payment of a claim settled by the General Accounting Office in favor of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad in the amount of $703.34 on account of services rendered during the fiscal year 1942. Automobile for the Chief Justice: For purchase, exchange, lease, driving, maintenance, and operation of an automobile for the Chief Justice of the United States, $5,835.
