Be it enacted by the Senate and House of RepreseTdatives of the E l i s a Rigazzi. United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and. naturalization laws, Elisa Albertina Cioccio Rigazzi or Elisa Cioccio shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required Quota deduction, yisa fcc. Upou the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(3) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor children, Jeannette Kalker and Abraham Benjamin Kalker, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien children of Mr. Abraham Benjamin Konijn, a lawful permanent resident of the United States, and his wife.
