Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and f u V ' c ^I'lo*?', Nationality Act, the minor child, June Ann Sakurai, shall be held and i iss. considered to be the natural-born alien child of Donald Winfield Smith, a citizen of the United States. CHAPTER 876 AN ACT

For the relief of Kaoru Yoshioka.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Kaoru Yoshioka, the Japanese fiancee of Carl E. Grothmann, a citizen of the United States, shall be eligible for a visa as a nonimmigrant temporary visitor for a period of three months: Provided, That the administrative authorities find that the said Kaoru Yoshioka is coming to the United States with a bona fide intention of being married to the said Carl E. (jrothmann and that she is found otherwise admissible under the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the event that the marriage between the above-named persons does not occur within three months after the entry of the said Kaoru Yoshioka, she shall be required to depart from the United States and upon failure to do so shall be deported in accordance wnth the provisions of sections 242 and 243 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the event that the marriage between the above-named persons shall occur within three months after the entry of the said Kaoru Yoshioka, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of the said Kaoru Yoshioka as of the date of the payment by her of the required visa fee.
