AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Adriana M. Truyers Aretz. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Adriana M. Truyers Aretz may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice have knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(3) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Bart Blaak (formerly Johannes J. M. Gijsbers), shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Kommer Blaak, a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States. Approved August 24, 1954.
