Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply additional appropriations (this Act may be cited as the "Second Urgent Deficiency Appropriation Act, 1955") for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1955, and for other purposes, namely: INDEPENDENT OFFICES COMMISSION ON ORGANIZATION OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT SALARIES AND EXPENSES

CHAPTER H I
AN ACT To direct the Secretary of the Army to convey certain property located in Austin, Travis County, Texas, to the State of Texas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Army is authorized and directed to convey by quitclaim deed, without consideration, to the State of Texas all right, title, and interest of the United States, in and to the following-described land in Austin, Travis County, Texas, together with all buildings, improvements thereon, and all appurtenances and utilities belonging or appertaining thereto, such land including approximately one hundred eighty-nine and eleven one-hundredths acres out of the original two hundred acres known as the Camp Mabry Militia Rifle Range Tract, also referred to as the "old Deison F a r m ": Beginning at the southwest coiner of the fifty-three-acre tract heretofore conveyed to J. J. Gasser by deed dated February 23, 1895, recorded in volume 129, page 347, of deed records of Travis County,
