JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize the Texas Hill Country Development Foundation to convey certain land to Kerr County, Texas Rice marketing quotas. AN ACT To amend the rice marketing quota provisions of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended Ft. McClellan, Anniston, Ala.
