Resolved by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United /States of Amsrica in Congress assembled,, That the National Housing Act, as amended, is hereby amended— (1) by striking "July 1, 1955" in section 2(a) and inserting 12 USC f763(a) "August 1, 1955'^; and (2) by striking "June 30, 1955" in section 803(a) and inserting f| g^«^- ^^^^^ "July 31, 1955". SEC. 2. The second sentence of section 104 of the Defense Housing | | ^*|^- fslic. and Community Facilities and Services Act of 1951, as amended, is hereby amended by striking "July 1, 1955" both times it appears therein and inserting "August 1, 1955". SEC. 3. The United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is f | us'c "10. hereby amended by striking the words "fiscal year 1955" in subsection 10 (i) thereof and substituting the following therefor: "period from June 30, 1954, to August 1, 1955". SEC. 4. Subsection (a) of section 221 of the Small Business Act of 15 tsc'e^so.' 1953 is amended by striking "June 30, 1955" and inserting "July 31, 1955". SEC. 5. The first sentence of subsection (a) of section 717 of the so^u^s c^^app. Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, is hereby amended by 2166. striking "June 30, 1955" and inserting "July 31, 1955".
