(2) The position of "reading clerk No. 3 " set forth in the table in paragraph (1) of this section shall terminate whenever a vacancy occurs in a position of "reading clerk". (3) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the basic salary for the position shown below in the first column shall be the amount shown in the second column. Title
