For an additional amount for unemployment compensation for Federal employees, $7,500,000. DEPARTMENT OF H E A L T H, E D U C A T I O N, AND W E L F A R E OFFICE OF EDUCATION PAYMENTS TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS

For an additional amount for "Payments to school districts", $20,000,000. A S S I S T A N C E FOR SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION

For an additional amount for "Assistance for school construction", $48,500,000; and said appropriation and the unexpended balances of amounts heretofore appropriated under this head and under the head "School construction" shall, to the extent that they are or may become unobligated, be merged and such amounts shall be available, and remain available until expended, for the program of school constat 52^** IVitBt struction as authorized by the Act of September 23, 1950, as amended 1005.
