With respect to the lands described in section 1 of this Act, Yie second proviso of section 5 of the aforementioned Act of June 22, 1948 is hereby revised to read as follows: '"Provided further, That the first payment to the State of Minnesota under the provisions of this section shall be due at the close of the fiscal year 1959." SEC. 3. Section 6 of the aforementioned Act of June 22, 1948, is hereby amended by striking the figure "$500,000" and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "$2,500,000. Approved June 22, 1956.
