(c) Section 210(a) of the Social Security Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: 42 USC 4io. "(17) Service in the employ of any organization which is performed (A) in any quarter during any part of which such organization is registered, or there is in effect a final order of the Subversive Activities Control Board requiring such organization to register, under the Internal Security Act of 1950, as so use 781 note, amended, as a Communist-action organization, a Communistfront organization, or a Communist-infiltrated organization, and (B) after June 30, 1956." SEC. 201. (a)(1) Subchapter B of chapter 21 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 is amended by adding at the end thereof the follow68A Stat. 416., .• "^

Code, sec. 26-516; 47 Stat. 331), or any other provision of law (whether enacted before or after the enactment of this section) which grants to any credit union chartered pursuant to such Act of June 23, 1932, an exemption from taxation, such credit union shall not be exempt from the tax imposed by section 3111." (2) The table of sections for such subchapter is amended by adding at the end thereof "Sec. 3113. District of Columbia credit unions." STAND-BY P A Y

(b) Section 3121(a)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 is amended to read as follows: "(9) any payment (other than vacation or sick pay) made to an employee after the month in which— " (A) in the case of a man, he attains the age of 65, or " (B) in the case of a woman, she attains the age of 62, if such employee did not work for the employer in the period for which such payment is made; or".
