(b) The number of officers serving on active duty in the grade of captain in the Medical Service Corps may not exceed 2 percent of the number of officers serving on active duty in that corps, and the number of officers serving on active duty in the grades of commander and lieutenant commander in the Nurse Corps may not exceed, respectively, I'^yioo percent and 77%oo percent of the number of officers serving on active duty in that corps.
