Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and f^u s*'c*i'/o°" Nationality Act, the minor child, Josephine Suydam, shall be held nss. and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. John A. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and S^uf'c'^'i'iTi', Nationality Act, the minor child, Jew Gim Gee, shall be held and iiss. considered to be the natural-born alien child of Jew Suey Thit, a United States citizen. Private Law 85-24 AN ACT For the relief of Johannes Sukevainen.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to discontinue any deportation proceedings and to cancel any outstanding order and warrant of deportation, warrant of arrest, and bond, whicli may have been issued in the case of Johannes Sukevainen. From and after the date of enactment of this Act, the said Johannes Sukevainen shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and order have issued. Approved May 31, 1957.

Private Law 85-25 AN ACT For the relief of John (loanuis) Legatos.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, John (loannis) Legatos shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Approved May 31, 1957.
