AN ACT For the relief of Evangelos Demetre Kai-giotis.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rej/re-Hentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Evangelos Demetre Kargiotis shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Fairview Cemetery Ass'n., Inc., Wahpeton, N. Dak. Conveyance.

AN ACT To provide for the conveyance of certain real property of the United States to the Fairview Cemetery Association, "lncoriM)rated, Wahpeton, North Dakota.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior shall convey to the Fairview Cemetery Association, Incorporated, Wahpeton, North Dakota, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the real property described in section 2, together with all improvements thereon upon payment by such association to the United States of the fair market value of the property as determined by the Secretary of the Interior. SEC. 2. The real property referred to in the first section of this Act is situated in the county of Richland, State of North Dakota, and is more particularly described as follows: North half of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 6, township 132 north, range 47 west, fifth principal meridian, comprising 20 acres. JOINT RESOLUTION To waive certain provisions of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act in behalf of certain aliens.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ramon R, Minjares may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act.
