migration and Nationality Act, Harry Siegbert Schmidt may be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That these exemptions shall apply only to grounds for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act: And provided further, That if the said Harry Siegbert Schmidt is not entitled to medical care under the Dependents' Medical Care Act (70 Stat. 250), a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hou-^e of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding the provisions of section 212(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Panagiotis Tulios, may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of said Act: Provided further, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. This Act shall apply only to grounds for exclusion under such paragraphs known to the Secretary of State or the Attorney General prior to the date of the enactment of this Act.
