.ffe it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress ossembled^ That the Postmaster General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay John J. Fedor, of Clifton, New Jersey, in full settlement of all claims against the United States, an amount he was entitled to for twenty-two and seven-eighths days of annual leave as a rural carrier at Clifton, New Jersey, during July 1955.
